Pet Friendly

Finding the right home can pose a challenge when your K9 is involved.  Unfortunately not everyone loves dogs (or cats) as much as we do.  Some strata corporations have pet restrictions in place.  These restrictions can be a weight restriction, a height restriction, a breed restriction, a restriction on the number of pets allowed, or a complete ban on pets.

If you have a dog or cat in the picture, be sure to let me know and I will ensure that any properties you are shown will allow your furry friend!  There is nothing more disappointing than finding the right condo and then finding out that you will have a problem with your little buddy!
